Dead Pixel I think ?

I just turned on my new 13" MBP and while the screen is black booting up the is a small blue dot in the screen is that a dead pixel ? Return it or what ?
 
Oh well I just ran back to BestBuy for a quick exchange the replacement looks good, that would have bug me from here to next year.
