Just noticed this dead pixel on the screen and can’t unsee it after that. Should I just live with it since no warranty?

I have the same problem, except the dead pixel is on the left lower side of the ipad pro. It's annoying. I spent so much time setting up my new ipad, I am just hesitant to go exchange it for a new one. Mine is 6 months old, with apple care + warranty.

I had a cluster of stuck pixels appear in the centre of my 11pro, last gen model. It was nearly 2 years old. Because it was a defect I managed to get a full refund here in the Uk and ended up purchasing the 2021 model. I never had apple care plus either.

If you live (and purchased the iPad) in a country with Consumer Law protection (UK, Australia, some EU countries, Quebec in Canada, etc - not USA) then sure. If not, probably not worth the time/hassle to learn that the cost is too high.
