I drop my 1st gen iPhone in the street and this happens... any suggestion??

They do not look like the avarage dead pixel, but you might want to DFU your iphone then restoer, take it to appel and see what they say.

just to make a report, the lines in the iphone are both growing (the botton one) and the upper ones are dissapearing. Any suggestion?
 
Restore it then take it to Apple then unlock again when youvget it fixed or buy a new phone.

The warranty is probably voided if they see that you dropped it.
