I have had two pixels die on my iPhone since Friday launch. I have taken very good care of my phone and have never dropped it. I thought that it was probably a fluke but I went online to see what was up. I've read multiple posts in other forums (sorry, can't remember the names but a google search should find them) describing the exact same problem I'm having. Although I really like the iPhone I will be returning it and keeping my tmobile service until rev 2 comes along. I hope this information is helpful to others.

Dead/stuck pixels have been a problem with LCD's from day one. Nothing new. Sounds like a few have slipped through QA/QC. I would just exchange as the next one can also suffer from the same problem.

If they are really bothering you, take it into Apple and see if they'll swap out a new screen or just swap the phone. That said, my iPhone has 0 dead pixels and works/looks the same as it did on day 1. I guess I'm lucky.
