Okay, I have this little speck on my screen, it looks like it could be dirt or something, but no matter how many times I wipe it off it's still there. It looks like it can't be any more than 5 or 6 pixels (assuming they are dead pixels), but it's really annoying. I have just also discovered another little speck that looks like 4 or 5 pixels. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it Black? If not it might be a stuck pixel.

I had a what I thought to be a dead pixel on my iMac, and I lived with it for years. Then one day I was touching it, and felt it was raised from the LCD, and all I did was scratch it off.

But wiping would not do it.

One is black, and the other one is more grayish.

Nope, it's definitely not coming off by scratching.
