Dear Apple, Please stop changing the UI on a regular basis!

I am not interested in the latest bells and whistles and I do NOT want apple to sort and arrange my photos or any other media I have on file. I can't even re-arrange my iphone apps pages on the puter using easy drag and drop. STOP CHANGING STUFF!
