Hi,

I recently used the "deauthorize all" option earlier this year (July I believe) to deauthorize all computers that were authorized to play my iTunes content. Since then, I reauthorized my home desktop and laptop, as well as my work laptop (3/5 authorizations).

This week I bought a Macbook Air and a 2600k SB build for myself. My work laptop was also wiped and updated to Windows 7.

As you can see, I've used 5 of my authorizations for this year, but I still need one. The "deauthorize all" button is disabled as I've already used it this year. Do I have any recourse? I've already contacted Apple via email form, but the last time I did so they gave me a generic script answer that wasn't helpful at all.

Thanks,
Peter

I'd pester Apple again, they have been very helpful for me in the past resolvng such issues (when then can see on their records I have purchased over a dozen new macs over the last few years)

I'm surprised that they weren't more helpful as I've had to do this 2 or 3 times when I've sold laptops and forgotten to deauthorize them.

They usually get back to me within the day and deauthorize them all for me.

Try emailing again and see if it works this time.

Thank you for the help everyone! I emailed them and went out last night, but when I woke up this morning I was very happy to find that they had emailed me back within about 30 minutes of me contacting them to tell me they had deauthorized all computers associated with the account. I didn't even have to mention my MBA purchase!

Kudos to Apple's CS.
