iPod Deauthorizing ALL computers

Sorry, I'm sure this has been covered a million times but I can't seem to find it.

How do I deauthorize all computers? We have so many old macs laying around, some that don't even work... it's better to start from scratch, deauthorize all of them, and then just authorize the ones that are up and running.

Can't find the setting in itunes.

very obscure. I'm up to four (two long gone) and would like to de-authorize those two NOW. complexity for the sake of complexity...not an apple thing.

I know...I really hate that. Despite the fact that I've managed to do it several times now, I always forget to de-authorize computers before I wipe them out. And the self-reset thing, unless it's changed, you can only do once a year. If you screw up more than once in a year's time, you have to contact Apple to have it reset.
