Has anyone got a decent 'dock' for a MBA 2015?
I am looking for one that holds the power and HDMI. Thus having only one cable connected to the MBA.

Failing that, I have to figure out some very good cable management for my desk. I cannot stand cables everywhere. And with the MBA 2015 having the power connection on one side, then HDMI on the opposite side, it does not help for good cable management.

I know, there are more important things to worry about right now, but...

Hey there.. I have what you have.. I was able to find an OWC Thunderbolt 2 dock. 1 cable from Thunderbolt 2 port on Air to dock. You do, of course, also have to have a power cable for your Air, and the dock itself. Air does not get powered from dock. OWC TB2 docks are very hard to come by. I had to drive 2 hrs 1 way to get this one, and it wasn't real cheap either. Works great!

Thanks for the info.

Coincidently, I was just on the OWC website and was curious about how said dock would power the MBA.
Since the dock does not power the MBA, I might simply figure out a decent cable management (and MBA location on my desk), setup. A shame really, because the newer MBA's seem to have two USB C ports on the same side. Giving one more options...

LandingZone 2.0 PRO for 13-inch MacBook Air might be what you're looking for:

I've never used or seen this specific model but the 2015 15" MacBook Pro one instead and absolutely loved it. You click your MacBook Pro/Air in and use the lever to close the latch and lock it in place. Works like a charm.
