Decrease in Awarded "Apple Recommended"?

Since Apple Introduced the " New Criteria " for Qualifying as " Apple Recommended " on November 2022.

Have Others noticed a Dramatic Decrease in Awarded " Apple Recommended " since that date ?

Asking as I have noticed, since Nov 8, 2022 to Feb 3, 2023 the awards where basically unchanged

Since Feb 4 2023 to today April 8, 2023 - the Awards have dropped by about 50%

In discussion with Apple the " Spin " was, it will take some time for us to see the effects.

Though, in that same discussion it was mentioned the " New Criteria " has been incorporated into almost every New Posting during these same Time Frames ( Nov 8 2022 to April 8, 2023 "

I have some theories on this but need some feedback

I do see some viewing this posting but not input from Others.

The last time I checked on this issue, some AR awards have appeared dating back as far back as March 31 and a few from April 2 and 4 but nothing newer - Yet

Silence is golden or too Complacent - hum ?
