Hi, I was looking for a guide on the internet, but nowhere did I find a method that works. Is it possible to set the fan in iMac at 1000 RPM? the default minimum value is 1200 RMP.

I used several programs managing the fan's work, but none of them allowed me to change the value to 1000 rpm. I care about this because I use my computer for tasks that are not very demanding and work in silence. I know that lowering the speed to 1000 rpm would be the solution for me.

I will also add that it is a computer fan, not a hard drive. I have a SSD version.

I tried this method. The application does not allow me to set values below 1200 rpm :(
