iPhone 11 Pro Deep Fusion Photos Won't Export -- Any Help?

When I take photos using the iPhone I can see the Deep Fusion processing -- but when I go to export them via AirDrop or send them in a message I see a much-less detailed photo.

Is there a way to get the Deep Fusion processing to stay? I thought it happened automatically.
