I've installed the latest version of the IMDb app which includes support for deep linking, however when testing it I don't get taken into the app, nor does the 'open in app' button work on the screen that I'm given. I added the link to the Notes app and sent it to myself via iMessage. Could someone with the app test it to see if you get the same issue?

The link I was using to test is :

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0903747/ (Breaking Bad, nothing dodgy!)

Thanks.

Thanks Kallt. I've just noticed I have the same issue with Imgur links also, although the 'open in app option' does appear to work. Will try to delete and reinstall the app, see if that helps.

Not getting many spotlight hits either when looking for movies.

Otherwise restart your device and/or do a hard reset (press and hold home button and power button until screen goes off).

Restarting the phone and reinstalling the IMDb app seems to have cured that issue. However after doing the same with Imgur app, I am still presented with a Safari screen (with the option to Open App) each time. Not a big issue, but strange that it doesn't work.

I noticed that too, but I wonder if it's some sort of indexing issue that will get better over time.

How does this even work? How is Siri searching so many different databases while you type in real time?
