Default home screen layout

I know what the first page is as you can get the images off of Apple's site but what is the default for the second page and what's the order of apps in the Utilities folder?

Search for iOS 5 set-up videos on youtube. I'm sure a few of them will show the second page.

No default for the second page and you can have any order you want in any folder.

Just restore it as new if your that desperate Just look at YouTube videos as said above

Cant you just go to reset and reset your homescreen layout on Settings?
