defaults in my SR MBP

here is my **** list:

1. 36 kernel panic attacks (system crashes) when it is only 9 days old
2. Airport cuts in and out about 8 times a day, about 72 times since first being turned on 9 days go
3.apple tech guys on the helpline have no freeking clue ...think its wireless interference even though sisters dell inspiron works fine...
4.any slight movements cause the screen to shake, sometimes typing causes screen to shake
5.at random times u cannot wake the mbp out of its sleep mode
6.so far hasn't maintained its reputation for being reliable making it a bad choice for a student moving away from home
7. im really freeking pissed off

You might try reinstalling the OS. Just format everything and do a clean install.

send them your logs and tell them to find out whats causing the problem...if they can't figure it out request an exchange.
