Definitive JB guide failed for me at last step.

After using the new guide to jailbreak my iPhone I was sent to the itunes recovery screen.

Everything was working until i transfered the lockdownd file.

Any suggestions?

Allso I am using a PPC mac incase that makes any difference (G4 PowerBook)

Did you change the permissions on the file to 0777?

I followed every step to the letter.

No i did not skip anypart of the final process

though assuming that chmod +x means making it executable not changing the permissions so any user can use it. I just tried that and am not atempting the process again. Please note that I am starting at step one basically.
