Delay on Mac calls

When someone calls me my iPhone rings a few times and then it rings on my iMac. If I don't answer the phone will stop ringing first while my iMac continues to ring a few times. Anyone else got this problem? If so are there any fixes?

Same here, there's a delay of 2 maybe 3 rings...

Well, the iPhone calls to Mac transferring started working for me today, ALL OF THE SUDDEN, without changing any settings.

And yes, I also experienced a delay of maybe 2-3 rings -- like a ringtone symphony.

Well the phone knows it is ringing first, then presumably there is a slight setup delay in Apple's "stuff" in contacting the other device(s) and setting up the call....
