iPhone 14 Pro Max Delay when phone gets woken up

Hi everyone,

When I wake up my iPhone 14 Pro Max I oftentimes encounter a delay of about 0.5 seconds until the phone wakes up. This happens both when I tap the screen to wake it up and also when I tap the side button. Please note that I have the always on display disabled. The delay seems to be less when I enable it but I don't want to, haha.

Anyone else also experiencing this?

I had the same problem with my iPhone 14 pro.
Just downloaded IOS 16.0.3 and the problem appears to have been resolved.
