Hey guys,
I ordered a new macbook mid-month, and it was supposed to ship last week. i got an email mid-last week saying my new macbook delayed and will now ship "on or before nov. 2nd" Do you think this is an indication that there is a new macbook coming out then or before then and that's what they're going to ship me? If a new macbook came out, say, tomorrow, would i be able to do the price protection program and get a new one, even if i originally ordered it mid-october. The only reason I feel like I might be able to is because it still hasn't shipped, and I can't imagine them shipping a macbook out when there is a newer model released. Or maybe that's standard? What do you think? It just seems to me like there might be some reason other than leopard that my macbook is shipping so late.
thanks.

hmm, very interesting. Why would it be delayed for so long other than an update tomorrow? As long as they haven't shipped the older model, can't you cancel it and order a new one? I don't think you have to worry about a price increase though...
