I ordered my Pro Stand on 12/23. Originally it was set to arrive Feb 5-12 and the XDR Nano Display to arrive Feb 12-19. I got 3 calls yesterday from apple confirming my order for the Pro Stand it seemed fishy but I called apple myself to verify. They were verifying I ordered it because “It is an expensive product”. Mind you they did not call for my 14K Mac Pro to confirm this.... anyways that was annoying but they said it was shipping ASAP and this morning I woke up to a text that the stand was delayed now from Feb 24- March 2nd. I’m going to be pissed if the Display gets here on time and I have no stand to use it. Im stuck using a ****** LG Ultrafine 4K display for my work which I’m very unhappy with. This sounds petty but I spent over 20K with apple and the display and stand are killing me. I feel like I still have the training wheels on the 7.1 without the display....the only way I can describe it is getting something you dreamed of and its handicapped in some large way which ends up making the whole experience much less fun.....like a Lamborghini governed at 37MPH. If I had received the display and 7.1 at the same time I think I would have been blown out of the water but apple F’ing this up and not having the displays ready I bet a lot of customers feel underwhelmed. Never even complained about the price ?
