iPhone Delays in events showing up when calendar is opened.

I have my work exchange email calendar selected to show in my calendar.

However whenever I open the calendar app, none of my work events show up instantly. It takes approximately 1-2 mins for these events to show up.

Is this a known issue?

iPhone XS max. iOS 12.1 beta 3. It’s not a beta bug cos when I was on the official iOS 12 this still happens.
