Delete books from icloud but keep local copy?

I am looking for way to remove books/pdfs from icloud but at the same time keep the local copy in my ipad and mac intact.. I do want the icloud and ibook sync to work, i.e., any new books opened in ibooks on any devices syncs to icould so that i can open it the other device..

So,

1> Icloudand ibook sync needed

2> but option to delete books from icloud repo of ibooks manually(leaving a local copy in the device)
