Delete iCloud Duplicate Photos

I have a lot of photos on iCloud that are duplicates subsequently hey are being shared to all my apple devices . How can I delete the duplicates on iCloud so that when they're downloaded to my devices the aren't duplicated? at the same time delete all the duplicate photos in my devices? Any suggestions would be a great help.

Deleting them on your device will delete them everywhere. That's the point of iCloud Photos.
