Doesn't seem like that's available now. No real explanation really exists as it can really come only from Apple (aside from just different speculation from different people).

if ur trying to hide ur history, wiping just one without the other is absolutely pointless as both are, well..history.. nothing would be hidden..

You can delete individual items from the history by swiping left, I don't know if you delete all of a website's entries if its website data remains in tact? Anyway even if so its only a partial annoying workaround

This annoys me to no end. If I visit a website just once and never plan on going there again, I don't want data staying on the device. It's ridiculous that cookie data requires individual deletion. Takes forever and it should all delete with one selection.

I think it's broken to be honest. If you select to remove all data, cookies, and cache and it doesn't work then it's broken. Same with the remove all selection in the advanced menu. It doesn't work or take a few tries.

Can anyone explain how one can delete just Safari history in iOS 9 but not website data. Why should one have to clear both at once!

In settings if u go to safari advanced website data there it lets you erase specific websites only. Rather than everything at once

I find this extremely annoying. It logs you out of any sites you logged into!

Go to Safari Preferences, then advanced. Click on "Show Developer Menu". Then click on Develop up top and you can delete your Cache only.
