Anyone know how to do this? All this time I thought I was deleting them them on the photos I was taken, and I was just disabling it... Annoying.

Delete Live Photo off Photo?

Something else to add, if you "edit" the photo you can turn off the live photo feature although it's not permanent removed, it's just off if you do it that way. The app in the above link permanently removes the live photo feature.
