It's taking me forever to delete emails one at a time on my iPad.

Is there any way to "select all" to delete emails from Inbox on the iPad?

Tap "Edit" then tap all the emails you wish to delete (you should see empty circles on the left of the emails in the list, tapping them fills in the circles with blue and a check mark) then tap "Trash" on the bottom right to delete all the selected emails.

If you want to delete all emails and not select specific ones. Tap "Edit", skip the step to select specific emails, tap "Trash All" to delete all emails.

To delete all emails.....I tapped on "Edit".....but there was no "Trash All" selection. Where is the "Trash All" button??

*See my screenshot* I circled where the "Trash All" button is.

Also as I first mentioned, you see the empty circles to the left of each email. Tapping on them selects emails and the "trash All" button turns into just "Trash", which will then only delete the selected emails instead of just all of them.

Still no luck. The only thing I can think of is maybe my iPad is just old. It is Version 8.1.1
