delete photos of jailbroken iphone - snapture

hey, can someone please help

I have recently jailbroken my 3g iphone, it has been working absolutly fine with no problems with cydia, but i have taken some photos using snapture and can't seem to delete them,

when i go to photos, camera roll it shows 13 photos, i delete them from here but when i press home and go back in to it they are still there, also it isnt letting me save any new photos, any advice?
