So now we can "delete" or hide the apps you don't want such as Home, Weather, Stocks etc. IF we delete them and decide we want them back, how do we reload them? The apple store, something through the phone etc?

The App Store would be the way to go (more or less as is the case with other apps).

Is the app only show up on App Store if you deleted the app? I went to App Store and search Stpck App, no result was found.

The stock apps technically aren't on the App Store. Because you don't actually remove the app itself. It is mearly just a "toggle" to re-enable the app. The "reinstall" is instant because it doesn't download anything, it just turns the app back on.

The reason they chose to "put them in the App Store" is because it's where someone goes when they look for an app. (This was mentioned specifically in an interview shortly after WWDC)

Some clarity for you.

- The app is really not deleted. The icon and references to it from iOS are removed. The binaries remain.
- if you want to make it visible again you go to the App Store to download it. It doesn't really download either. It just makes it visible again.
