Delete the 1.1.3 installer file from phone?

I just used the definitive thread to update to 1.1.3. I have ZERO space left on my 300mb partition. Is this because the 160mb update file is still living on my phone somewhere? If so, how can I delete it? I tried using BossTool, but when it moves ringtones and fonts, it doesn't show any change in space.
