iPhone Delete unwanted data to sell a jailbroken iphone

I have a 3G on 4.2.1, 5.15.04 baseband, 6.4 bootloader that I am going to sell. Besides individually removing all apps I have installed, is there an easier way to reset the phone so it doesn't contain of my personal info while keeping the jailbreak so I can sell it?

Just restore the iPhone through iTunes then rejailbreak. Only way you can do it.

No not at all. You don't have the iPad baseband on it so you'll be able to restore with a stock firmware.
