iPhone Delete update

I have iPhone X on 11.2.5 and want to delete the current iOS update so I can install Electra.
Settings/general/iPhone storage does not show it but there is a red badge for updates so I know it’s there. What am I missing?

If you install the tvOS beta profile it will get rid of that and prevent any future "accidental" updates.
