My wife synced her phone but somehow deleted all but 5 contacts from her phone/computer and mobileme. Is there any way to restore something on mobileme?

Deleted contacts from MobileMe/iphone and computer. Can MM restore?

I can't think of anyway to do it in MM, but I'd also suggest Time Machine, if available.
If you do have a Time Machine backup, it's very easy to recover the deleted contacts: Just have your address book open, then enter the Time Machine application. Hit the "back in time" button, and it should go back to where the deleted contacts still existed. Select them, then restore.
