The implementation and arranging of control center pages is fine in iOS 18. But when swiping down the top right hand corner, I kept inadvertently forwarding to pages I didn't want. Had to take extra care to land on the initial control panel page. But I don't want to take extra care when doing this, and don't want to think about it. I want to swipe down once and be done with it.
Solution: delete all the extra control panel pages, akin to reverting back to how control panel was before iOS 18. Much prefer it this way. Now when swiping down, only the control panel I need, with the functions I need, appears -- every time, without error or delay. And it's the basic controls most of us need, including screen brightness, volume, wifi and bluetooth, screen rotation lock, flashlight, calculator.
For those users who know exactly what they need, and don't want more, this is the way to go. Vastly superior to the multiple pages frustration.
