iPhone Deleted iCloud files reappearing

Hey guys

I have started using the Files app on my iPhone for a few days now and i noticed that files i have deleted keep reappearing over and over despite how many times i delete them! I even empty the recently deleted tab but they keep coming back... I only notice this in the App and not on the web version (www.icloud.com). Is this a bug in the app? Happen to anyone else?

This happens to me but with the iOS Mail app with my iCloud email address. I’ll delete emails from my inbox and an hour or so later they reappear. I’m thinking a syncing issue with our devices and iCloud...
