hello. at once i apologize for my english. i didn't find any help at forums on my language, so i came here.
well, i'm not sure how to describe my problem, but it's connected with corestorage and fusion drive.
it all started when i deleted windows from my mac. i had missed 1tb with it and wanted to return them back. after deleting windows i've formed fusion drive. i tried all and came to the terminal's command "diskutil cs delete [disk name]". i deleted macintosh hd.
i didn't really know what happened to my mac after this. now my mac has two disks with: 1tb (if i open partition it has 2tb. i can use only 1tb, and other 1tb is free memory, i can't combine them) and the other one got 120gb, they both called "untitled". when i click on "install OS" its offer to choose between 2 disks.
i don't really know should i add screenshots, because it's all in russian, i can't switch language, after this manipulation my mac is grey screened.
also, after command "diskutil cs list" in terminal it says "no corestorage logical volume groups found".
also, i have no time machine back ups.
i want to return all to the factory settings
i hope that i've properly described my problem, i really need help :(
if there's not enough information i'll try to give more!

Follow the steps in my older post here ^ to rebuild the Fusion drive.

You will need to do this from Internet recovery which is accessed by holding command-option-r at startup.
how can i find out core storage LVG UUID again? i closed terminal after this command to look at the disk utility..

Run "diskutil cs list" in Terminal and you should be able to see it.

You need to make sure you format the entire drive as shown in this post. That will get it back to one large partition.

after command “diskutil cs createVolume....” it says “your logical volume group already has a logical volume”
now it looks like this, fusion still has 1tb of memory. i didn’t get how to return full memory back, because i do not have macintosh hd

Since you tried to make the Fusion drive once already without formatting the disk completely. You need to start over.

okay, thanks for answering, and how can i start over? what should i do?
Boot to Internet recovery then in Terminal run both of these.

diskutil cs delete "Fusion Drive"
diskutil cs delete Untitled

Then erase both disks by selecting the disk itself at the top of the left column and erase.

Then follow the steps to create the Fusion drive.

it says “Fusion Drive does not appear to be a valid Core Storage Logical Volume Group UUID or name”, the same with “Untitled”

Okay... that is fine.

You still need to format the whole drive and you have not done that yet.

You need to enable show all devices like in my screenshot, then select the drive at the top like in my second screenshot, then erase.

in my case the toppest disk is fusion drive. i can not click on “erase”

You are still missing a step. Look at my screenshot. In Disk Utility click View at the top then checkmark "show all devices". Then you will be able to select the disk like in my second screenshot.
i did it, still have fusion on the top

Run each of these commands in Terminal for me and tell me what the output of each is.

Code:
diskutil cs list

ok, i made the fusion drive, but still didn’t understand how to resize memory. i have 2 disks with 1tb on each, again
I still don't think you are properly erasing the hard drive before making the Fusion drive. I can see here where it is still only 967GB. After killing the Fusion drive you need to open Disk Util and go to the erase tab and select AppleHDD where I have marked it and erase to Mac OS Extended (Journaled).

Somehow you are missing this step.

What is odd there is I only see one internal drive. Were you trying to make a Fusion drive out of two drives?

How are you booted when trying to do this? Are you in command-option-r Internet recovery like you should be?

This is a past employees MacBook Pro, no idea what they did to it. Had the flashing folder when attempting to boot it up. I was just trying to wipe and re-install, but running into issues.

I might have been using the bootable MacOS USB, so I retried without the USB and confirmed comand-option-r Internet Recovery and same issue. Below is the list again without the USB:

From Internet recovery try this command using the logical volume group UUID and see if that works.

It looks like they had FileVault encryption turned on, but it looks odd because nothing is shown in properties for the physical volume.

Then try to erase the whole disk with Disk Utility.

Enable show all devices then select the drive itself at the very top then erase the disk to macOS Extended Journaled. Then quit Disk Util and see if you can reinstall the OS.
