i deleted my Macintosh hard drive by accident, i get a folder with a ? on my screen i click command + R when I attempt to reinstall mac os there is no drive ( I do not have a usb nor nothing ) how can i fix this issue on my own ? if anyone can help ... I do not have nothing on Restore From Time Machine Backup can someone please help me

You'll need another computer to download Mac OS onto a USB in order to install a fresh version of Mac OS.

Turn of the computer, press and hold the power button, keep the button pressed until you see list of start up options All recovery methods shoulf then be seen.

The original poster didn't specify M1 or Intel. Holding the power button is only for M1 Macs.
