If you can find someone with an address in Hong Kong then yes. They do not ship internationally and you'll have no warranty in your home country as the iPhone is the only Apple product (to my knowledge) that has a local warranty. If anything goes wrong you'd have to ship it to HK for service.

I'm not really worried about warranty right now, but are there any other online retailers that sell factory direct unlocked iphones?

adding apple care will give an international warranty last I checked.
 
if you ever visit a country outside the US eg UK you can just buy an iphone on payasyougo then have it officially unlocked which would make it exactly the same as a apple factory unlocked device, the price works out about the same too
