Deleting apps on one device doesn't delete on the rest?

So iClould is pretty cool, i download on my iPhone, it transfer to my iTunes and iPad, however, i noticed if I wanted to delete an app on my iTunes or any of my devices, it doesn't delete throughout. I'm assuming this isn't a feature that can be turned on but would be nice I would think.
