Ok, it is frustrating enough that the mobileme site just doesn't work. It is equally as frustrating that it will not sync contacts or calendars for me as I am on an exchange server. But I've noticed today that as calendar events in my Outlook pass time wise (i.e. a meeting scheduled at 3pm and it is now 4pm), they are automatically disappearing from my Outlook. All of my meetings and calls scheduled earlier today in Outlook are now gone. This has obviously never happened before. I can only think it has something to do with MobileMe running in the background supposedly syncing to something. The events are not appearing in the MobileMe web application. They are not appearing on my iPhone. They are just disappearing. Is this happening to anyone else? Why would this occur. Short of deleting MobileMe off my computer, is there a way to stop this from happening? This whole MobileMe thing truly has been a cluster f**k for Apple.

Glad I'm not alone

OK glad to hear I'm not the only one having this problem. THe rally weird thing is if you go to your "Personal Folders-Outlook Today" page, where it lists tasks, calenders, everything on 2 page. The missing Apptmts are still listed there. I finally turned off the PUsh feature and am not going to use Mobileme until this gets resolved.

Even weirder is every now and then the "Missing" appointments will reappear in the calendar for a few minutes and then re-disappear. I wasted all afternoon trying to reslove this, didn't get much work done, and finally decided to stop using Mobileme.
Any help would be appreciated.
BTW I'm using Outlook 2007 SP3
TIA,

Same thing happened to me (disappear, reappear then disappear again). Strangest damn thing. And they consistently disappeared after the event had passed. I'm using Outlook 2003. I just looked at the summary page you referred to and the calendar events do appear. That is just plain odd. I changed my preferences in MobileMe to manual so it won't sync anymore until Apple gets this fixed. My luck, it will start deleting future calendar events and I'll be totally screwed.

Where'd They Go

I'm having the same problem with Outlook calendar events disappearing as soon as they've occured. This has only been since the 2.0 iphone software upgrade. Can I turn off whatever Apple screwed up in this upgrade? If so, please tell me how. FYI...I've had two future events disappear also, so thread readers print your calendar.

Possible fix..?!

I've been having similar problems, where an event in Outlook is removed as it occurs (completed). However, the event still shows up in iPhone, iCal and MobileMe Calendar.

To fix the Outlook problem, view the properties for your main calendar, go to the AutoArchive tab and select: Do not archive items in this folder.

So far (about 8 hours), whatever calendar event I create in Outlook, iCal, or MobileMe, stays in Outlook.

Let me know if this works, or if you've found another fix.
