So I have a slight complication here:

- I just purchased a brand new iPhone4
- I used to own an old "dumbphone" so I had my contacts transferred from the "dumbphone" to the iPhone4 via the VZW kiosk

- Prior to this transfer, I had synced the iPhone4 with my old home computer (which belongs to my son) and it loaded all of his contacts up on my phone
- I was able to wipe out his contacts, then bring the iPhone4 to the kiosk to have my contacts transferred.

My questions are:

1) How can I delete all of his contacts from iTunes so they will not be transferred to my iPhone4? (He has a Dell PC running Windows XP)

2) How can I force iTunes to sync the current contacts on my iPhone4 to the computer so I will have a hard copy of my contacts on my computer?

Thanks

1. In iTunes: Edit > Preferences > Devices> Delete your son's backup.

2. In iTunes. Right click on your iPhone on the left hand side bar. Click 'Back up'.

That's a good question, he doesn't know!

On a Mac, I would know to clear the Address Book but I am not sure how the Windows contact system is set up? Through Outlook?
