Deleting contacts

Hi, I am new here and hope someone can help.
On iPhone 6 I can not delete some contacts. There is no red, Delete, message. If I edit, delete all the info, the next time I open contacts, it's backkkkkkkk.
Anyone have a solution ?

You can try doing it online at icloud.com using a desktop browser (assuming the contacts are iCloud contacts).
