Deleting content from iPhone

I've got a hacked iPhone on the way (activation hacked, iPod/WiFi features enabled), I got it for a good price on eBay, and I'm considering just playing with it for a week or two, then selling it again on eBay in the UK.

My question is this: Can I wipe all of my data off the iPhone (contacts, calendar entries, music, emails etc.) WITHOUT also wiping the activation hack out?

yes, there is a reset menu under the general settings option and in there you can erase all content from iPhone without restoring.
