Has anyone else experienced this? Sometimes when I delete emails on my iPhone or iPad, they will still be present in my Mail app on my iMac.

Deleting Email on iPhone Doesn't Delete Email on Computer

I think this is just the way it is. I see no setting, on the iPhone, to delete the mail from the server after downloading to the iPhone. That is why they appear on your home computer, I.E. they weren't deleted by the iPhone.
What is your Mail Service? For me iCloud works pretty quickly but my business account with Go Daddy take a while to Sync Up. But they always Sync after a while. Also, if you delete on the Mac the iPhone Deletes do not take place until you open the App. The only thing pushed to the iPhone is the inbox. No so with the Mac Mail App.
