Hi all

I really hope someone can help as this problem is driving me mental.

I used to have iphone 4 which broke then a blackberry which i hated, so i transferred all my photos from those 2 phones onto my 4s.

I now have a folder on my phone entitled Iphone which holds the 330 transferred pics and videos but I can not edit this folder so can't delete any of the pictures.

Does ANYONE have any idea how I can delete some of the pics and videos in this folder.

TIA

Making some assumptions here: If you're using Windows, plug your phone in and copy the photos from it using Windows Explorer (not iTunes). Once you have them on your PC you can delete them from your phone.

If you want them back on your phone you can upload them toPhotoStream and then copy the ones you want back to your phone (or transfer them with iTunes).

Thanks PNutts but again I have tried that.

It's like the folder is invisible as it doesnt show up when connected to my comp.

It seems I can email the pics individually but I don't want to do this as A) I don't have time to sit down and email 330 pictures and B) some are video and it wont email the whole video.

I'm getting annoyed with it now lol

Bleh. You can use iExplorer to view the phone at the file system level and drag files on and off the phone. It's been a long time since I looked at the photos but there are a couple of different folders they can be in. They must be somewhere! :)
