So, I was trying out the new Take 2 update, and I downloaded a few audio and video podcasts through the Apple TV's connection to the iTunes store.

They now show up on my Apple TV under My Podcasts, but I cannot figure out how to delete them. They won't synchronize back to my Mac, they don't show up when you look at the grayed-out media when you click the triangle next to the Apple TV in iTunes, and there's nothing on my computer when I search in Spotlight.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to delete these podcasts from my Apple TV? Clicking on them doesn't bring up any options—they just start playing. I'd love to download more as long as I know I can delete them somehow later.

Thanks!

I don't have mine on now to check, but last night i deleted podcasts by putting the cursor over the podcast and then moving it to the right which brough up another menu to delete it.

Nice! That did it!

While the other "folders" of podcasts have right arrows, the downloaded podcast has a tiny circle to the right with a square (I think) inside. Once you click that, it asks you if you would like to delete it.

It doesn't seem like a very elegant or consistent solution, but I guess it gets it done. Also, you'd think that the podcasts would sync back to my Mac's iTunes, especially so I don't have to hunt them down again on iTunes to subscribe to them.

Maybe they're saving that for Take 3...

Thanks!
