forgive me i overlooked a previous post about this.

i recently filled my iphone up with video/music 100%

I'd much rather have music than video.. so i deleted the videos off my itunes.. but they're still on my iphone

how do i delete the unwanted music/video off my iphone?

You need to go to the "X's iPhone" in iTunes and hit Sync on the bottom right, after unchecking the videos from the Video tab. It will update your library.

Alternatively..set your iphone to "manually manage music and video" then click on "movies" on the left under the iPhone icon then you can right click on any video and delete it without the agravation of resyncing everything.
