deleting voice memos from iPod

How can i delete the voice memos that appear in iTunes in my iPod? They seem to be synced in my iPod when iTunes syncs from my iPhone :-(

There’s a check box to uncheck then re-sync.

Ignore the arrow. I copied and pasted from their site. The “include voice memos” should be unchecked.

They'd be removed from your iPod the next time you synced.

Yes. You have to re-sync for it to take effect.

Unchecking each and everyone takes a very long time. Is it possible to uncheck files faster? I tried to use the keyboard but couldn’t find the appropriate keys!

Look very, very closely at the image posted above. There is ONE checkbox to uncheck. Just one. "Include voice memos."

It seems that i un-synced every song that i had on my iPod and now i want to sync back some songs and none of the VoiceMemos... how do i do this?
(i have an old iTunes version 12.8.3.1 if its of any importance)
