Is this normal? I've ordered a pair of AirPods Pro 2. I've added engraving, and I'd expect this to delay the delivery. However, on Apple's website in Portugal, after choosing the engraving text, it stays as a next-day delivery, only that you have to order before 12h instead of 15h, so the site does actually account for the engraving. This morning they were set to be delivered today, and suddenly, this changed to 6th-13h. October. Apple Store on the phone were of little help, telling me to claim formally via letter.
As I said, I know that personalization makes products come later, but still, why did they advertise next-day delivery anyway?
