iPhone 11 Pro Delivery vs in store pick up?

Any thought on the benefits/negatives to both options?

If I do in store can i pick it up asap the morning of release? At least that way I have control and am not at the mercy of delivery.

Well one benefit I see for deliver is being able t ack where your one is. Also being able to request a hold for pick up if you wish to pick it up at your nearest UPS CC or UPS Store.

For the other option and you choose in-sore pick up, you can choose the time and then pick it up.
