OS X Desert Combat 0.8 Final for Mac

I can't find this patch anywhere. I have Battlefield 1942, have downloaded the Desert Combat 0.7 mod, but need the 0.8 update to play online.

Does anyone know where I can find this?

I can't help you, but Desert Combat is perhaps the best modification I have ever played for a computergame. It was beyond any multiplayer experience I had ever seen. I think only BF2 on PC came close to what it felt like roaming in lost_village!!

Did it ever exist? Is it even possible for someone to play it online with a Mac?

It did exist, but I removed it from my archives, what a fool I was.

You can run playonmac and install a windows setup though. I did that once and it worked.
